3. Liaison with neighbours and stakeholders
4. Carrying out the works in a phased sequence whilst maintain access and egress to all premises fronting onto Market Square
5. Removal and disposal of existing hard surface finishes, trees and street furniture
6. Protection of retained features and trees
7. Adaptions to surface water drainage systems
8. Tracing and protecting underground services; relocation of utility
company and Post Office surface infrastructure
9. Preparation of sub-bases to receive new finishes
10. Natural stone flags and kerbs
11. Brick sett paving
12. Street furniture and signage
13. Street lighting - alterations, relocation and refurbishment
14. Event power supplies and liaison with Western Power Networks
15. Re-location of Openreach Communication cabinet
16. Planting of Trees
