South Cambridgeshire District Council- Small Works Framework Contract

SCDC is letting a Small Works Framework Contract (SWFC) that will comprise of several construction companies appointed to a below WTO threshold Framework Contract. This is compliant with the Public Contract Regulation 2015 (PCR2015). Whilst this is a contract to set-up a framework with SCDC, Parish Councils located within SCDC's district shall be entitled to use the contract at their discretion.

SCDC therefore is looking for suitably qualified and experienced contractors in construction, who could provide a variety of different small construction related works to SCDC and any interested Parish Council, that are listed here:
