Leeds City Council is looking to procure a contractual arrangement for a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to deliver a service which deals with all energy suppliers for Leeds City Council Empty Properties on behalf of Leeds City Council as landlord, at no cost to the Council. The contract will be awarded to one supplier for the duration of the contract
